RECYCLENET SIGNS E-COMMERCE MERCHANT SERVICE AGREEMENTS

Mikael Prydz, president & CEO of RecycleNet Corporation is pleased to announce the signing of e-commerce merchant services agreements with metalworld.com, inc., farmworld.com, inc., lisa.com and fiberglass.com, inc.

RecycleNet Corporation provides b2b (business to business) e-commerce merchant services that facilitate payments for the trading or sale of goods or services over the Internet. The addition of these dynamic clients to RecycleNet's Merchant services should have a positive effect on RecycleNet's revenues.

Richard Ivanovick, CFO of RecycleNet Corporation has reported that the initial 10SB filling with the Securities and Exchange Commission has been completed as at the beginning of December 1999. RecycleNet anticipates the SEC filings will become effective on or about the beginning of February 2000 and that in the interim the companies stock will continue to trade listed on the "pink sheets" OTC-GARM.

Traffic at RecycleNet's web site Recycler's World (www.recycle.net) has surpassed the milestone of over 16.5 million pages viewed, visitors to Recycler's World are viewing pages at a rate of over 40,000 pages per day. Total traffic to the web site on a monthly basis has consistently exceeded 5 million total hits each month.
