RecycleNet Celebrates 6 Years of Internet Success!

May 1, 2001

Paul Roszel, Chairman & founder of RecycleNet Corporation (OTC GARM) is pleased to report the celebration of 6 years on-line.

RecycleNet's anchor Internet portal, Recycler's World (www.recycle.net) went online May 1st 1995 and visitors have viewed over 34 million pages since that time.

At the core of Recycler's World is "The Recycler's Exchange", a Free Buy/Sell/Trade listing service that spans the entire spectrum of scrap, by-products, secondary commodities and anything used, including all types of equipment and used consumer goods.

RecycleNet estimates the trade in recyclable commodities and used goods in North America to be in excess of $ 300 billion/year. RecycleNet has firmly entrenched itself as the predominate trading service covering the recycling industry, including the used goods market.

RecycleNet's b-2-b (business to business) trading system for scrap metal, waste paper, and plastic recycling now spans across the textile (used clothing and rag) industry, wood and pallet industry and the tire and rubber industry.

In addition to recyclable commodities, RecycleNet has developed several used equipment exchanges, using the power of the Internet to turn idle assets into cash.

In the b-2-c area (business to consumer) RecycleNet has added Free Buy/Sell/Trade services for all types of used consumer goods that allows anyone anywhere with access to the Internet to buy, sell or trade anything used.

One of the most successful free services offered by RecycleNet is the "Used Auto Parts Finder Service". RecycleNet emails an average of 15,000 used auto part requests each day. RecycleNet has developed a turnkey used auto exchange that is marketed across North America. The Company operates a network of these on-line used vehicle exchanges the most recent being the KW Auto Exchange (www.kwautoexchange.com) in Kitchener/Waterloo Ontario Canada.

Over the past 6 years RecycleNet has groomed and forged its business model, proving it can do business on the Internet while making a profit. RecycleNet recently filed its year 2000 financials, showing solid quarter over quarter profitability. This truly puts RecycleNet Corporation into an elite class of Internet businesses.

RecycleNet is well positioned to pursue is aggressive plans of internal organic growth as well as pursuing opportunities for merger, acquisition, strategic alliance, and joint ventures.
