% Increase in Q-1 Earnings for RecycleNet

Corporation (OTC GARM) is pleased to report the quarterly
results for Q-1 2001.
RecycleNet's
sales revenues of just over $ 390,000 USD have increased
over 32 % for the three months ended March 31, 2001 compared
to the same period last year. Earnings of $ 45,000 USD have
increased 607% compared to Q-1 2000.

Corporation has scheduled its annual meeting date for June
28, 2001. The meeting will be held at 10:00 am EST at the
Holiday Inn in Guelph, Ontario Canada.
