RecycleNet Celebrates 8 years Online!

Paul Roszel, Chairman of RecycleNet Corporation (OTC GARM) is pleased to announce that the Company’s anchor website, Recycler's World (www.recycle.net) is celebrating 8 years online as of May 1, 2003.

In May 1995, RecycleNet’s first month online, users viewed over 1000 pages.  Today, RecycleNet manages over 60 industrial or geographic specific online marketplaces and traffic to these sites has grown to over 1.7 million unique visitors per month.  RecycleNet estimates that the Company has over a 1.4 % reach of the active Internet universe, or total users of the Internet.

The online marketplaces managed by RecycleNet feature a buy/sell/trade listing service that is accessible to Internet users to post up to 5 free listings every 30 days, of items they wish to buy, sell or trade.  Whether it’s a single item or ship-lot loads of material; if it’s used, scrap or recyclable it’s www.recycle.net.

RecycleNet Corporation will hold the Annual Meeting of Shareholders at 10 Duke Street, Suite 101, Kitchener, Ontario on Friday May 16, 2003, commencing at 10 o’clock am, EST.  The Company was pleased to report an overall profit for the year ending December 31, 2002 and is continuing to focus on core growth.
