RecycleNet Retains Investor Relations Firm

Nov 24, 2003

SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, Nov 24, 2003 — RecycleNet Corporation (OTC-BB: GARM) today announced it has hired Grand Rapids, Mich.-based Lambert, Edwards & Associates, Inc. (LE&A) to direct the Company’s investor relations activities.

RecycleNet, which operates an online trading platform for recyclable industrial materials such as glass, metals and plastics, said it hired LE&A to help communicate the Company’s growth story to investors. More than 1.5 million unique users visit the Company’s network of trading sites each month. Generators, brokers, dealers, processors and consumers use the Company’s trading websites to buy, sell and trade recyclable materials and used items.

“Our trading platform offers a unique and valuable service in the recycling industry,” said Paul Roszel, chairman & CEO of RecycleNet. "Our aim is to become the premier marketplace to connect those that generate recyclable materials with those that process or purchase them. We look forward to drawing on the resources of Lambert, Edwards & Associates, which has a proven track record of helping small- to mid-sized companies increase awareness among investors, the media and consumers.”

Lambert, Edwards & Associates, Inc. (www.lambert-edwards.com) is one of the country’s fastest-growing public and investor relations firms. The firm works extensively with small-cap companies in the technology, Internet, automotive, consumer electronics, leisure, manufacturing and specialty retail industries.

"RecycleNet is an emerging growth story within the $300 billion recyclables market,” LE&A Principal Jeff Lambert said. “Recycling industrial materials is rapidly becoming both an economic and legal necessity for many companies. The fragmentation of this market had previously made it very difficult to dispose, buy or sell these types of materials. Like eBay and other successful online marketplaces that have survived and thrived since the late nineties, RecycleNet has tremendous potential to become the dominant marketplace in its industry.

“We look forward to helping RecycleNet communicate its story and build shareholder value through increased liquidity and interest in the Company’s stock."

RecycleNet Corporation (OTC-BB: GARM) was founded in 1995 as an online trading system for recyclable materials. The Company has grown its network of trading sites to serve more than 1.5 million unique users per month, including generators, brokers, dealers, processors and consumers of recyclable materials such as glass, metal, rubber, paper, wood and plastic, along with used vehicles and equipment.

RecycleNet does not buy or sell recyclable materials; instead the Company earns fees for use of its trading network and other services. For more information about the company visit the corporate site www.recyclenet.com or Recycler’s World, the hub of its online trading network, at www.recycle.net.
