RecycleNet Makes Strategic Acquisitions in Q2

RecycleNet Corporation, Salt Lake City Utah (OTC GARM) is pleased to report the successful acquisition of 7 waste exchanges in the second quarter of 2006.

The Business Material Exchange of Wisconsin (www.BMEx.org), established by the Greater Beloit Chamber of Commerce in Beloit Wisconsin provides a statewide waste exchange service. In addition to the statewide service, the Chamber of Commerce also operated the Beloit Material Exchange to serve the local Beloit area. RecycleNet Corporation has acquired both the Business Material Exchange of Wisconsin and the Beloit Material Exchange. RecycleNet looks forward to continuing cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce and other organizations throughout Wisconsin to maximize waste diversion efforts. BMEx.org becomes a strategic part of the Waste.net Network, a national waste materials exchange program operated by RecycleNet Corporation.

The acquisition of The EU Commercial Waste Exchange (www.wastechange.com) as well as four other European waste and information exchanges marks RecycleNet Corporation’s commitment to improve its unique qualified user base. The EU Commercial Waste Exchange is the most established of the acquisition having operated since 1998. It will serve as the European hub of RecycleNet’s Regional Waste Exchange Program; the European network currently consists of 29 regional waste diversion exchanges.
