Roszel,
Chairman & Director of Recycling Operations
Mr.
Roszel has over 22 years of hands on experience in the
recycling industry. Paul specializes in 'recycling start-up
ventures' and marketing programs for hard to market recyclable
commodities. He has been actively involved in the development
and implementation of collection, processing, transportation
and sales/marketing programs for secondary commodities.
From
1988 to 1994, Mr. Roszel published "The Recycler's
Exchange,' a regional industry newsletter circulating
to an estimated 3000 recycling based businesses throughout
Ontario, Canada. In 1994, Paul began developing the concept
of a web site utilizing the Internet to electronically
distribute information regarding recyclable materials
markets. The newsletter evolved into one of the most successful
scrap goods exchange web sites on the Internet. The site
was launched on May 1, 1995.
On
March 22, 1999, Mr. Roszel was formally appointed Chairman
of RecycleNet Corporation following the successful reverse
takeover of Garbalizer Machinery Corporation.

Richard
R. Ivanovick C. A., Chief Financial Officer
Since 1977, Mr. Ivanovick has been serving
as President of Marsh Tire Service Ltd., Ontario, Canada.
Marsh Tire Service Ltd. offers automobile services, sales
and leasing in the Guelph area (located in Ontario, Canada).
Through this company, Richard
has gathered a great deal of experience in the arena of
used vehicles, parts, and tire recycling, which have become
important components in RecycleNet's Recycler's Exchange
portal and related web sites.
Richard
is a Chartered Accountant who joined RecycleNet in November
1998 as the company's CFO.

Keith
A. Deck, Officer & Director
Keith
Deck is a retired executive from the automobile and electrical
manufacturing sectors and is currently a member of five
boards of directors in the investment, real restate and
manufacturing areas. These are all private Canadian companies.
Keith
is currently an investment partner in Hanna Canada Ltd.,
which manufactures precision tools for the automotive
and aerospace industries. He also consults to various
business ventures. Keith has an extensive background in
successfully starting up and managing business ventures.
Mr. Deck joined the RecycleNet Board of Directors in July
2000.
